Michael Sanderson graduated from the Wharton School in Philadelphia and gained a master's degree in management. He started his professional career at Bain & Co. consulting firm in London. He served as is a director at Benefit Invest Ltd (formerly Company Assistance Ltd, Dublin). In 1995-1999 he held the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board of Trinity Management. He is also, since 2011, a mindfulness teacher.
