An expert in sales process organization, marketing strategy, and management, with over 25 years of experience gained both in Poland and in international markets.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and holder of an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He also completed doctoral studies at SGH and an Executive Education program at the Cambridge Judge Business School.
He was responsible for launching the Polish branch of Sharp. From 2003 to 2017, he was associated with Sony, where he led the introduction and development of the Sony Vaio brand in Poland, transforming it into one of the most sought-after laptop brands on the Polish market. He later headed the Brand Activation department at Sony’s European headquarters in London. From 2012 to 2017, he served as Country Manager for Sony in Poland.
Between 2017 and 2022, he was responsible for sales and marketing at RTV Euro AGD, one of the largest retail chains in Poland. During this time, he significantly contributed to more than doubling the company’s revenue and driving dynamic growth of the e-commerce channel. He successfully led the company through the COVID-19 pandemic, identifying and leveraging opportunities for growth where others saw only threats.
Since 2022, he has been engaged in consulting, academic, and publishing activities. He collaborates with universities, where he teaches courses in economic psychology and consumer psychology. He is the author of a blog and numerous publications focused on sales processes, KPIs, and the psychology of consumer decision-making. His proprietary PROMO© and Business Algorithm methodologies have been developed and validated in practice, increasing company revenues by up to 30% within six months.

According to the submitted statement, the Supervisory Board member’s professional activity conducted outside the Company is not competitive with the Company’s operations. He does not participate in any competitive company as a partner in a civil or partnership enterprise, nor as a member of the governing bodies of a capital company. He is also not involved in any other competitive legal entities as a member of their governing bodies. The Supervisory Board member has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
