Admission and introduction to trading on the Main Market of the Stock Exchange of ordinary bearer series G shares of Benefit Systems S.A.

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw ("Issuer", "Company") in connection with the current reports No. 63/2023 of 31 December 2023 and 7/2024 of 19 January 2024 announces that it has become aware of the adoption by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") Resolution No. 133/2024 of 2 February 2024 in which the Management Board of the WSE stated that pursuant to § 19 sec.1 of the WSE Rules, 24 750 series G ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer with a nominal value of PLN 1 each ("Shares"), coded by the Central Securities Depository of Poland ("Depository") as PLBNFTS00117, are admitted to exchange trading on the parallel market.
At the same time, in the aforementioned resolution, the WSE Management Board decided, pursuant to § 36, § 37 and § 38 sec. 1 and 3 of the WSE Rules, in connection with § 3a sec. 1, 2 and 3 of the WSE Rules, to introduce as of 9 February 2024 Shares to trading on the parallel market, conditional on the assimilation of Shares by the Depository on 9 February 2024 with the shares of the Company traded on the stock exchange, coded PLBNFTS00018.
