Resignations of Management Board Members of Benefit Systems S.A.

Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, ‘Issuer’, ‘Company’) informs that on 20 November, 2018 Mr Grzegorz Haftarczyk and Mr Arkadiusz Hanszke resigned from the positions of Management Board Members with the effect from 20 November, 2018.

Mr Grzegorz Haftarczyk has successfully completed investment program in the Fitness segment and will continue to work for the Issuer. He will be responsible for key projects aimed at increasing competitiveness of the main product of the Company – MultiSport card. Mr Haftarczyk indicated personal reasons as a cause for his resignation.

Mr Arkadiusz Hanszke has built a modern IT department and carried out a number of important technological projects within the last 3 years. He will continue his career outside of the Company. Mr Hanszke indicated personal reasons as a cause for his resignation.
