Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 of MAR

Text of the report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the 'Company') hereby announces that on 15 December 2025 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR  Regulation from Ms. Emilia Rogalewicz - Member of the Management Board of  the Company, about taking up on 12 December 2025, outside of trading  system, a total of 3,400 series G ordinary bearer shares of the Company, at a price of PLN 617.01 per share, as a result of exercising the rights from subscription warrants vested as part of the Incentive Plan.
