Information about transactions on the Company's shares obtained pursuant to Article 19 MAR
Legal basis: Article 19 Sec. 3 MAR – information on transactions effected by persons performing managerial responsibilities.

Text of the Report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby announces that they received six (6) notices pursuant to Article  19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation; the said notices having been received from:

1) Mr James Van Bergh –  Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company –  about sale of 10 853 shares in the Company at PLN 1 100.00 per share, outside of the trading system on 28 September 2018;

2) Benefit Invest Ltd. – which is a person closely related to the persons who exercise the managerial responsibilities at the Company, namely Mr James Van Bergh – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company and Mr Michael Sanderson – Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of 5 972 shares in the Company at PLN 1 100.00 per share, outside of the trading system on 28 September 2018.

3) Fundacja Benefit Systems, which is a person closely related to the persons who exercise the managerial responsibilities at the Company, namely Ms Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder, Management Board Member of the Company, about sale of 4 628 shares in the Company at PLN 1 100.00 per share, outside of the trading system on 28 September 2018.

4) Ms Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder, Management Board Member of the Company, about sale of 114 shares in the Company at PLN 1 100.00 per share, outside of the trading system on 28 September 2018.

5) Mr Grzegorz Haftarczyk, Management Board Member of the Company, about sale of 29 shares in the Company at PLN 1 100.00 per share, outside of the trading system on 28 September 2018.

6) Mr Adam Radzki, Management Board Member of the Company, about sale of 57 shares in the Company at PLN 1 100.00 per share, outside of the trading system on 28 September 2018.
