Subject: Signing of an agreement with Poczta Polska S.A.

Text of the Report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the ‘Issuer’) informs that on 12 September 2018 the Issuer signed an agreement with Poczta Polska S.A. – acting in its own name and in the name of Pocztowe Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Wzajemnych and Pocztowe Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie (hereinafter,  the ‘Agreement’) for a period of 26 months starting on 10 November 2018. The subject matter of the Agreement is providing access to sport and recreation services for employees of Poczta Polska S.A. and employees of Capital Group of Poczta Polska as well as for their relatives and accompanying persons.

The Agreement was executed as a result of conclusion of an invitation to tender for a public contract. The maximum remuneration of the Issuer from the Agreement is PLN 51 105 600.00 (in words: fifty one million, one hundred and five thousand six hundred) gross.

In the remaining scope, the Agreement contains provisions commonly used in this type of agreements.
