Notice of dismissal of the Company's appeal by the Court of Appeal in Warsaw

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("the Company") announces that the Court of Appeal in Warsaw ("the Court") today dismissed the Company's appeal against the judgement of 21 August 2023 No. XVII AmA 30/23 issued by the Competition and Consumer Protection Court of which the Company informed in report No. 37/2023 on 21 August 2023 (the “Judgement”) on the Company’s appeal against decision No. DOK-6/2020 issued by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, of which the Company informed in report No. 2/2021 on 4 January 2021.
The Court's judgment is final. The company will consider filing a cassation appeal against the Judgment after receiving a written justification for the appeal dismissal.
