The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 21 July 2025 (“General Meeting”):
1)    Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 327,000 shares representing 327,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 21 July  2025: 15.53%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.98%;
2)    Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 302,290 shares representing 302,290 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 21 July  2025: 14.36%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.23%;
3)    Marek Kamola – 233,000 shares representing 233,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 21 July  2025: 11.07%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.11%;
4)    Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 216,221 shares representing 216,221 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 21 July  2025: 10.27%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 6.60%;
5)    Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro – 208,497 shares representing 208,497 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 21 July  2025: 9.90%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 6.36%.
6)    Government of Norway – 169,647 shares representing 169,647 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 21 July  2025: 8.06%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.18%.
7)    Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU Złota Jesień – 163,806 shares representing 163,806  votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 21 July  2025: 7.78%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.00%.
