The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 19 December 2023 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Ms Emilia Rogalewicz, Management Board Member of the Company about a sale of 300 shares in the Company at PLN 2064 per share on 18 December 2023.
