The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter, the ‘Company'), announces the Company's publication dates of periodic reports in 2021:

Annual reports:

1. Annual report for 2020 - 24 March 2021

2. Consolidated annual report for 2020 - 24 March 2021

Quarterly reports:

1. Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2021 - 12 May
2021

2. Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2021 - 9
November 2021

Semi-annual reports:

1. Report for the first half of 2021 - 18 August 2021

2. Consolidated report for the first half of 2021 - 18 August 2021

The Company informs that in 2021, it will publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information, referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information (hereinafter, ‘Regulation'), in lieu of the publication of separate standalone quarterly reports.

Furthermore, the Company informs that, in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2020 and second quarter of 2021.
