The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 11 January 2021 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Mr. James van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of 10,000 shares in the Company at PLN 825.00 per share on 8 January 2021.The notice, in its full wording, is attached as appendix hereto.
