Subject: Information on the candidate for a Member of the Supervisory Board
Legal basis: Article 56(1) (2) of the Offering Act 

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company"), in connection with MetLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny's ("Fund") intention to recommend Mr Artur Osuchowski's candidature at the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 12 June 2018 for a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, hereby provides information on the recommended candidate.

The Fund announced that, according to Artur Osuchowski's statement, the candidate met the criteria for an independent Member of the Supervisory Board.

Please find attached the candidate's CV received by the Company. 

At the same time, the Company announces that, as desired by the Fund, the documents, i.e. a consent to candidate and a statement of a candidate for a Member of the Supervisory Board, including  a statement on meeting independence criteria, will be made available by the Fund to the Company's shareholders at their request. If the shareholders are willing to meet the candidate in person, the Fund asks them to dial (22) 523 56 43 to contact the Investment Department of MetLife PTE S.A.
