Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 of MAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 17 November 2020 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from od Benefit Invest Ltd, an entity closely related to: Mr James van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company and Michael Sanderson, member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about selling on 16 November 2020 a total of 8,800 shares of the Company at a price of PLN 650.00 per share. The notice, in its full wording, is attached as appendices hereto.
