Notification of reducing stake below 10% of total voting rights at the Company

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on 16 November 2020 the Company received from Invesco Ltd. with its registered seat in Atlanta,
("Invesco"), a notification of 13 November 2020 that Invesco reduced its stake below 10% of the total number of votes in the Company ("Notification"). Full text of the Notification is attached to this report.

The Notification indicates that currently Invesco holds 288,577 Company shares, representing 9.97% of the Company's share capital, and 288,577 voting rights at its General Meeting, representing 9.97% of total voting rights.

According to the Notification, the stake was reduced below 10% of total voting rights at the Company on 9 November 2020.
