Notification of exceeding the 10% threshold of total voting rights at the Company

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on 15 October 2020 the Company received from Invesco Canada Ltd. with its registered seat in Toronto, ("Invesco Canada"), a notification that Invesco Canada exceeded the threshold of 10% of the total number of votes in the Company ("Notification"). Full text of the Notification is attached to this report.

The Notification indicates that Invesco holds 291 040 Company shares, representing 10.17% of the Company's share capital, and 291 040 voting rights at its General Meeting, representing 10.17% of total voting rights.

According to the Notification, the 10% threshold of total voting rights at the Company was exceeded on 9 October 2020.
