With reference to the current report of Benefit Systems S.A. ("Company") No. 28/2020 of September 21, 2020, the Management Board of the Company announces that on October 7, 2020, the Company received the information that on October 7, 2020:
1. 50,000 (fifty thousand) series A ordinary bearer bonds issued by the Company with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each, for which the ISIN code of PLBNFTS00067 has been assigned ("Series A Bonds");
2. 50,000 (fifty thousand) series B ordinary bearer bonds issued by the Company with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each, for with the ISIN code of PLBNFTS00075 ("B series bonds") has been assigned;
have been registered in the securities depository maintained by the National Depository of Securities.
Thus, on October 7, 2020, the unconditional allocation of Series A Bonds and Series B Bonds took place, therefore the issue of Series A Bonds and Series B Bonds was completed.
