Publication dates of periodic reports in 2022

Text of the report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter, the ‘Company’), announces the Company’s publication dates of periodic reports in 2022:
Annual reports:
1.     Annual report for 2021 – 23 March 2022
2.     Consolidated annual report for 2021 – 23 March 2022

Quarterly reports:
1.     Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2022 – 18 May 2022
2.     Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2022 – 9 November 2022

Semi-annual reports:
1.     Report for the first half of 2022 – 17 August 2022
2.     Consolidated report for the first half of 2022 – 17 August 2022

The Company informs that in 2022, it will publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information, referred to in § 62 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information (hereinafter, ‘Regulation’), in lieu of the publication of separate standalone quarterly reports.

Furthermore, the Company informs that, in accordance with § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2021 and second quarter of 2022.
