Text of the report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company"), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the ordinary general meeting of the Company held on June 29, 2023 ("General Meeting"):

1) James Van Bergh - 453,691 shares representing 453,691 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2023: 21.10%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 15.47%;

2) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 287,495 shares representing 287,495 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2023: 13.37%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.80%;

3) Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 276,200 shares representing 276,200 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2023: 12.85%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.42%;

4) Marek Kamola - 233,500 shares representing 233,500 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2023: 10.86%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7,96%;

5) NNLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 219,655 shares representing 219,655 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2023: 10.22%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.49%.

6) Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro - 208,497 shares representing 208,497 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2023: 9.70%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.11%.
