Text of the report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company"), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on June 29, 2021:

1) James Van Bergh - 504,695 shares representing 504,695 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2021: 26.62%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 17.44%;

2) Benefit Invest Limited - 300,421 shares representing 300,421 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2021: 15.85%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 10.38%;

3) Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro - 239,628 shares representing 239,628 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2021: 12.64%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 8.28%;

4) MetLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 210,000 shares representing 210,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2021: 11.08%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.26%.

5) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 159,000 shares representing 159,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2021: 8.39%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.49%.

6) Invesco Europlus Fund - 150,299 shares representing 150,299 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2021: 7.93%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.19%.

7) Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander - 142,800 shares representing 142,800 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2021: 7.53%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 4.93%.

8) Invesco Global Diversified Companies Fund - 105,263 shares representing 105,263 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2021: 5.55%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 3.64%.
