Correction of current report no. 24/2021
Legal basis: Article 56 Sec. 1 Item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – Current and Periodic Information

Text of the report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (the, "Company") hereby hands over corrections of the appendix to current report no. 24/2021 (the, "Report").

The corrections made correct obvious typographical errors in the Polish language version of the appendix to the Report and do not apply to the English language version. Corrections also do not apply to and do not affect the notarial act of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

The correction includes wording included in Resolution No. 5/29.06.2021, in the following scope:

It read:

b) net profit in the amount of PLN 81,662 thousand (in words: eighty-one million six hundred sixty-two thousand zloty),

It should read:

b) net loss in the amount of PLN 81,662 thousand (in words: eighty-one million six hundred sixty-two thousand zloty),

as well as in Resolution No. 8/29.06.2021, in the following scope:

It read:

5) the statement of changes in equity for the financial year until 31 December 2020, showing equity in the amount of PLN 523,00 thousand (in words: five hundred twenty-three million zloty).

It should read:

5) the statement of changes in equity for the financial year until 31 December 2020, showing equity in the amount of PLN 523,000 thousand (in words: five hundred twenty-three million zloty).

as well as below Resolution No. 15/29.06.2021, in the following scope:

It read:

(...) i.e. 1,390,955 (one million one hundred thousand three hundred eighty-four) valid votes were cast,

It should read:
(...) i.e. 1,390,955 (one million three hundred ninety thousand nine hundred fifty-five) valid votes were cast,

Corrected appendix to the Report in the Polish language version is attached to this report.
