The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby announces that on 26 March 2024 they received notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Benefit Invest Ltd. –  an entity closely related to: Mr James van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company and Mr Michael Sanderson, member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of 20,000 shares in the Company at PLN 2,530.00 per share, on 25 March 2024;
