Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 of MAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 19 June 2023 they received two notices pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from:
1)    Ms Monika Józefiak, a person closely related to person discharging managerial responsibilities Mr Bartosz Józefiak, Management Board Member of the Company, about purchase of 32 shares in the Company at PLN 1420.00 per share on 16 June 2023
2)    Mr Bartosz Józefiak, the Management Board Member of the Company, about purchase of 27 shares in the Company at PLN 1420.00 per share on 16 June 2023
