The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 5 April 2019 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Ms Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder, Management Board Member, about sale of 1009 shares in the Company at an average price of PLN 995.5045 per share on 4 April 2019.
