Recommendation of candidates for members of the Supervisory Board
Legal basis: Article 56 Sec. 1 Item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – Current and Periodic Information

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company") announces that, in connection with item 17 on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened on 29 June 2023, as referred to in the Company's current report No. 13/2023 of 2 June 2023, the Company received Mr James Van Bergh's - a shareholder of the Company ("Notifier") recommendation of candidatures of:

- Mr Marcin Marczuk,

- Mr Michael Sanderson,

- the Notifier,

for members of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

In the appendices the Company provides the Candidates' resumes received from the Notifier (in Polish language).

The Notifier informed, that none of the Candidates meet the independence criteria specified in Art. 129 sec. 3 of the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision.
