Information on active sport cards' number

In reference to the current report no. 24/2016 of 20 July 2016, the Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in
Warsaw (the "Company") informs that as of the end of 4 quarter 2020 the number of active sport cards in Poland segment reached 475.4 thousand pcs. In response to the introduced restrictions related to Covid-19 pandemic in Poland the MultiSport programme has been suspended until 17 January 2021.

As of the date of publication of this report, sport and recreational facilities are closed across all markets of Foreign segment and
MultiSport programme remains suspended. The numbers of active sport cards on respective markets as of the day before introduction of current restrictions were as follow:

- Czech Republic: 134.8 ths. pcs. (sport facilities closed again from 18 December 2020)
- Slovakia: 18.4 ths. pcs. (sport facilities closure again from 19 December 2020)
- Bulgaria: 86.9 ths. pcs. (sport facilities closed 28 November 2020)
- Croatia: 13.7 ths. pcs. (sport facilities closed from 28 November 2020)

During the period of MultiSport programme suspension the Companies from Benefit Systems Group does not charge any sport cards subscription fees.
