The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 23 May 2023 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Ms. Emilia Rogalewicz, Member of the Management Board of the Company, about sale of 1,000 shares in the Company at PLN 1,340.00 per share on 22 May 2023. The notice, in its full wording, is attached as appendix hereto.
