Notification of exceeding the 10% threshold of total voting rights at the Company

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw the "Company" informs that on 3 April 2020 the Company received from Invesco Ltd. with its registered seat in Atlanta, "Invesco", a notification that Invesco exceeded the threshold of 10% of the total number of votes in the Company "Notification". Full text of the Notification is attached to this report.

The Notification indicates that Invesco holds 286 814 Company shares, representing 10.03% of the Company's share capital, and 286 814 voting rights at its General Meeting, representing 10.03% of total voting rights.

According to the Notification, the 10% threshold of total voting rights at the Company was exceeded following the acquisition of Company shares on 2 April 2020.
